Supportive team but limited growth opportunities - Fullstack Developer Gravit-e Technologies Employee Review

I started at Gravit-e Technologies fresh out of school and built the first 5+ years of my career with them. With such a wide variety of clients and projects, working for Gravit-e gave me an incredible breadth of knowledge in the industry and experience across the full stack of development. I had the opportunity to be involved in all stages of projects from prototyping and architecture to front and back end development and ongoing maintenance in production. I have recently moved on to a new venture but appreciate everything my time at Gravit-e has prepared me for in the industry.

I don't have any cons to share.

Awesome place to work at! Some highlights: - challenging but interesting work - lots of opportunities to learn more - coworkers are all very friendly - live comedy - free food

There weren't really any real downsides to working at Gravit-e as a dev imo. Sometimes the work involved some tasks outside of my comfort zone, like communicating with clients and using new programming languages (to clarify, management always double checked with me if I was okay with it too). But ultimately, this helped me grow and I appreciate it at the end.
