management is relatively new to managing high level of service expected dress code

The salary is fine and only being open for dinner is nice.

Management sucks on every level. The people that run Mainstreet Ventures have not a clue what they're doing. The head chef is inexperienced and is in way over his head. The standards are non existent. Trying doesn't do you any good at all because management will get mad at you for noticing they suck and don't know what they're doing. Its a lot of turmoil that isn't worth it. I don't recommend signing up for this headache. You'll find out quickly why no ones been there over a year.
