Pros

Coming from very large organizations it's refreshing to be in a small office with dedicated, driven, smart people. We work hard, enjoy each others company and are excited to take Gratafy to the next level. I'm a self starter and love that I've been given the opportunity to come in and and hit the ground running with little supervision, but with the knowledge that I have a team behind me if I have any questions. The platform is extremely exciting and gets me pumped up to get up and head to work. When you are working with a product that you believe in and an amazing team it never really feels like "work."

Cons

We're a small group and are continuing to grow.

Pros

I wanted to work for Gratafy because I was initially extremely impressed by the platform. As I got to know the team behind the company and get to work alongside them; I knew this was the right place for me. I wanted to be a part of something I not only believed in, but felt like I was able to bring ideas to the table and help grow the business instead of being a number in a large machine. I have worked for global brands and gained a lot of valuable experience. I craved a challenge, smaller team environment and the ability to grow again as well as learn a new industry....and Gratafy has given me all three. As the company is growing, I am excited to be a part of the team. I love my job, which is most important. Of course there are challenges with a start-up, but not every job is perfect. I get a chance to have my voice heard, which is easily lost in a larger corporation. Happy to be here and along for the ride!

Cons

Constantly changing job responsibilities; which can be tough to adjust to quickly. Limited resources (being a start-up.)
