Great Job - Production Assistant Graphicsland Employee Review

Fun work environment. Nice coworkers.

I can’t think of anything.

I really liked the people I worked with. Basically all of the "regular" employees. They made my days more enjoyable and made the job worth it. I still have friendships from this job, even though I wasn't there too long. The work itself was not difficult.

The owner of the company only cares about money, constantly brags about the company making money which only benefits the head guys. (Yes all the important people who own the company are men). Also my manager seemed to spend more time on his side business than the job he was hired to do. Even if someone needed help he would just be in his office. I didn't like how they made you write blog posts, that's not the job I was hired to do. HR was less than helpful when I brought my concerns, excuses are made for anyone of importance, and if you aren't important you will be replaced. One of the worst work environments I've worked in, like I was constantly walking on glass. They love to act like they care about their employees but while getting to know others it was obvious everyone feels the same way they use their employees.
