      - Amazing work culture - Team was very close-knit - You feel like you are truly supported as an employee

      Cons

      - Corteva owns Granular and there will always remain a cloud over how much control they will want and if Granular will be dissolved. Most senior leaders from Granular have agreed to mutually leave the company in the most recent 6 month timeframe

      The pros are that the people you work with on a day-to-day basis are incredible, caring, positive, and will do their best to motivate you in any way.

      Cons
