Pros

-Commissions are aggressive; if you sell then you will get paid and if you sell a lot then you will get paid a lot. -Rob is a great Sales leader, communicates incredibly effectively and is very motivating when speaking to the Sales floor as a group or individually. Truly a great boss. -Value provided by Granite is real, there are real opportunities to achieve massive success in Sales if you are willing to grind to find and execute on those opportunities. -Very little WFH means people are in office, maybe a Con for those who like to WFH but a Pro for anyone who likes to work in an office bustling with activity. -More results will earn more responsibility/rights. If you are successful and if you sell with consistency, you may be granted more WFH flexibility or other perks. Truly feels like if you work hard and show results, you will be rewarded (beyond Commissions) for them. -Hard work is rewarded. Not necessarily directly, but consistently showing extra effort in staying late and/or coming in on weekends can yield a warm lead or something similar. -24/7/365 Gym and office access are incredible.

Cons

Requires lots of learning in an ever changing field.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed and insightful review. We’re thrilled to hear that you've had a motivating experience on the Sales floor and that Rob’s leadership has made such a strong impact — we’re proud to have leaders who truly care about their teams and lead by example. It’s great to know that the effort and drive to succeed are paying off for you, and that you've found value in the opportunities Granite offers. We believe in rewarding hard work and results, and it's fantastic to hear you’ve experienced that firsthand. We're also glad you’re enjoying the vibrant office environment and the 24/7 access to our gym and workspace — those are just a few of the ways we aim to support our team’s productivity and wellbeing. We appreciate your note about the learning curve in this dynamic field — it's something we recognize, and we’re always looking at ways to better support ongoing development and training for our team. Regarding your feedback about PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans), that’s a fair point. We are actively reviewing our performance management processes to ensure they reflect a fair, transparent, and timely approach that supports both individual and team growth. Thanks again for your honest and thoughtful input. It helps us continue to build a stronger, more supportive workplace for everyone.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
