Pros
Convenient location, free gym on-site, can be a stepping stone
Cons
Do not listen to your recruiter! Pay is low. Workers are treated as worker bees, not individuals, this results in extremely high turnover and an attitude by management that everyone is only using the role as a stepping stone. My coworkers openly talked about how they wanted to leave the job. Also, there are slim amounts of autonomy, a ton of micromanagement, and a mind-blowing amount of rules. For instance, after the Redsox won the world series, everyone was allowed to dress casually in Redsox attire rather than in business professional attire to celebrate the win. Not within an hour of the work day, everyone received an email that if they were not in Redsox attire specifically (other Boston sports teams did not count) you would be sent home to change into formal attire, without pay. Craziness! I left and found a job that is better in every category. Believe me, you can do better than work here!
