Talented team but lacks structure and competitive pay - Marketing Executive Granite Digital Employee Review

Granite has exposed me to a wide range of industries and clients, no two projects are ever the same which is nice. The varity of projects allows me to grow my different skill set and try different approaches to see what works and what doesn't, Granite has grown exponentially over the last 5 years and I find the internal culture to be very collaborative where designers, developers, and project managers actually work together. The work here is fast paced as are many agencies but I have found it great as everyone is helpful and works together to the get the projects over the line. There are hybrid and flexible working arrangements that respect work-life balance.

The pace can be intense at times, especially when juggling multiple projects and multiple client deadlines. As with any agency, priorities can shift quickly so being able to adapt quickly is a secret key to success here. From my time here, some people are able for it and some people aren't.
