Pros

Les collègues et la paie n’était pas mal non plus. Les horaires étaient dans les heures de bureau donc pas de shift de 24 heures à la ronde.

Cons

Ce département a été sous contracté à une entreprise américaine et le traitement n’est plus le même. Mais j’imagine que ce n’est plus leur problème car ce n’est plus l’employeur direct.

Pros

I recently joined, so for the onboarding process is well organized, the team was welcoming, and management was always available to answer questions. There is a strong focus on customer relationships, teamwork, and professional development. The compensation structure is competitive, and the work environment encourages continuous learning and personal growth.

Cons

Too early in my role to identify any significant downsides.
