      Pros

      Consistent paycheck, you get your 40, probably a lot more. It might not be what you pictured, but it is a paycheck that can help you out of a situation. Camaraderie - you'll spend a lot of time with your coworkers, can be good or bad. The health insurance actually is competitive with similar employers in the area.

      Cons

      OT can get to be a bit much at times, it can be hard work. Hot in the summer. Nowhere to move up to (never heard of anyone making it out of production).

      GTC is a great place to work! It has a family feel and they truly care about their employees!

      Production manager and some of the supervisors seem to genuinely care about the employees

      Cons

      Upper management only cares about the bottom line. Heat in the summers is nearly unbearable. Staffing shortages are a constant so more responsibilities and work loads fall on fewer people.
