Social insurance coverage was only provided after persistent requests, and even then, it was only granted for a mere three months out of a year and a half. Inefficient HR system that fails to address employee concerns and requests promptly. Lack of consequences for repeated mistakes by employees, even after committing the same error multiple times, negatively impacting teamwork. Salaries are not commensurate with the level of tasks and responsibilities assigned.
