Pros
Traveling opportunities are definitely available if you choose to work at Gramophone. All accommodations are taken care of by Gramophone which is very nice.
Cons
- Depending on the department you're working in, and where you're located, your commute can be a bit lengthy at times. Be mindful of where you're living when applying for a position with this company.
- PTO accumulation doesn't exist. You're given a set amount of PTO days every year (not a lot, for instance 5 for your first year with the company) and once you use them all, you have to wait until your work anniversary to get more.
