Really not that great, needs improvement - Anonymous employee Gramercy Tech Employee Review

I was hired as an intern, expecting mentorship and guidance; however, 2 days in when I was given a task that I never had tackled and I was struggling and trying my best to do well (with little to no guidance along the way), I was fired shortly thereafter with the excuse that they couldn't handle an intern because they were busy. Little to no community and communication. No one spoke genuinely.
