      Pros

      Grameen has this team togetherness where everyone cares for one another work-related or not. Everyone is loved and cared for and at the same time, dedicated to the greater cause of ending poverty in the world.

      Cons

      Salaries might be on the downside because primarily it's an NGO so salaries might be projected at around the 70th percentile.
