Pros
Working from home once a week is a great option! Pay and Benefits are above average. Business Resource Groups (Latino, African American, Women and PRIDE) are available.
Cons
Facts: Little accountability or training for some managers of people. The leadership’s direction is not clear and fails to inspire. Heavy and sometimes unrealistic workload. Rampant downsizing and department consolidation. Constant continuous improvement that sometimes interferes with completing projects. Opinion: I’ve done lots of “throw-away” work. Even though I was paid for it, I felt devalued, unchallenged and burnt out. Also, the culture appears inclusive on the outside and encourages people be themselves, most people don’t bring their authentic selves to work.
