Pros
Excellent benefits package, if you can endure the ineptitude to actually take advantage of it.
Cons
Wow... what a question; the Cons. Don't know where to begin except management. In the Grainger environ it's best to demure as initiative and intelligence are deemed as threats. Especially if you're working outside the box and generating results. Marketplaces can sometimes demand such, and this is anathema for Grainger. God forbid that you develop a solution that is not pre-scripted. Beware those creative souls of light and personality... to the dungeons with thee. Find someplace else to work where the corporate culture exists that rewards creativity. Average management IQ ratings are about 95. Beware the use of big words and compound sentences.
