Pros
Most of the hourly workers have been here for several years, and for the most part, are great people. A lot of mill improvements have been made.
Cons
Forced overtime is the rule, 6 to 7 day weeks, and up to 12 hours a day, so it's hard to have a personal life. Management is inept at best.
