      Pros

      The working atmosphere is amazing, I really loved working there I felt very comfortable and my colleagues were always helpful, I also collaborated with some partners I really respected and they respected my opinions too.

      Cons

      They are mostly specialised in design, one cannot easily learn all the phases of a project.

      Great atmosphere, great team, great designs, freedom of ideas, legit contract, great friends.

      some miscommunication, late announcement of contract renewal or termination, not the best salary.
