Unrealistic job: We headhunted for very specialized positions, like Tech Developers, Engineering or Architecture roles asking for 5 or 8 years of experience but we offered very low wages that very few people accepted. Even if you manage to find a desperate candidate that needs the job, the clients may not interview them. Some of them may pass a first or second interview but the client may drop the candidates from the process at any point. Meaning you can spend a couple of months without hiring anyone. And then, threats of dismissal will begin. Then, if you don't manage to hire anyone they will fire you, then hire someone else, and the cycle begins again. Everybody is pretty new in the team, which tells a lot about the high attrition.
