Pros
The office looks nice. Other members of the team are nice, smart youngsters stuck in the same well as you.
Cons
* A model of nepotism and corruption at all levels.
* Young graduates are hired and exploited at dirt-cheap salaries, no upward growth and never-ending probation periods.
* No formal pay grade - the person who hires you (one of the owners) will offer you the least they can.
* The entire focus is on sales; bring in revenue, be treated like a human being.
* Direct and personal relations with "CEO" lead to more important tasks, better opportunities and relaxation in work timings.
* No work is done via proper channels rather it's done casually (WhatsApp), verbally maybe to avoid paper trial. They'll get you to sign an illegal NDA (without witnesses).
* Strict 'organizational' structure; frequent punctuality warnings, 2 timed tea breaks (10 min each), 40 min lunch break. No coffee and (drinkable) tea. Explanation can be called anytime you're not in your seat.
* Expected to be on call over weekends and at midnight.
* You can be called in by owner (CEO) for a "performance review" at any time without any involvement of HR.
* Festering negative environment thanks to frequent passive aggressive 'speeches' ridiculing the few individuals who dare to speak up for themselves.
