Cons
Zero vision for the healthy future of the company from senior leadership, very poor management skills and a lack or recognition of these missing skills, very limited career development, not one individual was promoted in the company during my time at GPS Source. Struggle to get any professional development and training. Infighting between managers, two-faced leadership positions. Resistance to diversify market pursuits out side of defense. Lack of recognition that the PEOPLE are the business, they need to be cultivated and grown (financially and with information/training)
