Pros
When I first started there the company was well ran by a great leadership team. Employees were paid fairly and benefits were above average. Employees were trusted with a lot of responsibility and given the authority to do their jobs effectively.
Cons
Some bad hires in management and the acquisition by General Dynamics has turned it in to a different place. Employees are overworked, in a constant state of uncertainty and confusion and there is NO leadership. The few remaining effective leaders are too busy keeping their heads above water to run the company and the others are flat out incompetent leading to further discord.
