You may live on the property. You will receive a small discount but again the property is old and falling apart so - only move there if you are desperate.
Cons
The pay is very low. The commission that you receive is only $50 for each lease. They expect the Leasing Agent to do everything. They do minimal training. The office is very disorganized. The property is old an falling apart. The manager at Governors Point could care less about her staff and she has NO managerial experience. She micromanages and is very selfish & controlling. The entire staff is leaving because of her. Her name is MARSHELLE WASHINGTON. Steer clear guys. You will find A MUCH BETTER JOB ELSEWHERE!
