I had spent the past decade in the private sector building up my confidence and technical expertise in building up infrastructure from start to finish. But in GovTech, I am assigned a role that doesn't make use of my experience at all. Budgeting, getting quotes, comparing quotes, accounting, procurement etc which I have zero knowledge.
