Pros
GovSpend has a specialized product that serves a really big market without a ton of competitors. That doesn't make it an easy sell, but the commission structure is generous and the team is great. You can mostly work remotely with 1 day per week required in the office if you live nearby.
Cons
Product is not always easy to use and data has gaps, even though GovSpend still has better overall coverage than any other competitor in the space, and leadership is really focused on improving both.
Lots of change this past year in terms of processes and focus, which can be hard to manage while still hitting quota, but the changes are being made for the right reasons.
