Pros
Started working on a part-time basis. I have been pleasantly surprised with how much responsibility I have been given from the start, I feel as if I have managed to acquire a large set of skills in many areas over a short period of time. Each and every member of staff (particularly the management) is always prepared to help, they're very knowledgeable and they also create a very friendly and productive office environment.
Cons
I haven't encountered anything that I would consider cons so far!
