This isn't the type of company that overloads its team with 'client services' and sales personnel, and then relies heavily on one or two analysts to perform analysis, campaign, and other technical work. On the contrary, at GotU, all of the staff are trained to perform and handle technical work to a high standard. -Very competent management and team leaders who understand business insights -All of this, means you work in an environment surrounded by intelligent people. This rubs off on you and gives you a platform to grow.
