      Pros

      Great team, international communication, open minded. It takes one phone call to arrange something in Hong Kong or Germany, the working culture is consistent.

      Cons

      Hard to say. Basically everything that was not "ok" was due to the fact I worked in small branch. The brand is not flexible so to say and sometimes sales were lost due to conservative business thinking. (harder to deliver better results)
