Pros
They have good benefits like health, dental, vision, 401K, holidays, vacation, sick time. They recently brought back tuition reimbursement.
There were lots of health incentive activities that would pay you extra for doing it. Including things like group walks, bio-screenings, etc.
Cons
In the 10 years I was there, it seemed like maybe every 1.5 years they had another mass layoff. Anyone could get laid off during any time of any day, even if the CEO announces that things are looking good (that happened).
When people quit or get laid off, their work is spread around to others, but without pay raises for your bigger workload.
There were very rarely any pay raises. I think I saw it happen twice.
Basically, there were no intensives to work harder to get ahead.
I would recommend Goss to a friend because of the benefits, but with the warning that they can be laid off at any time for no reason. So don't get comfortable, and keep looking for another job.
