• Strict new hire point system
• Termination with no prior warning (I was dealing with the abrupt and unfortunate chronic illness of my sister as well as my mom on the brink of homelessness and it effected my attendance unfortunately. I was a 3rd shift sanitor so dealing with everything I dealt with, some nights, I would have to drive to and from work on no sleep. I was told in orientation that we would receive warning(s) prior to termination. I received zero warnings, and now I may be facing homelessness if I can’t find a job).
• Really no other cons. It’s a newer facility so they deserve a lot of grace. It’s a great company and the effort that’s put in daily is evident.
