      Hybrid and remote work options. Some good people and mentors if you get lucky.

      Firm structure and business model is what creates high turnover: quantity over quality in work and hours, and with the goal of making the small number/percentage of equity partners richer.

      Respected firm, objective bonus is nice on top of discretionary bonuses.

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy and the help that's promised is rarely actually available.

      Pros

      The Minneapolis office is a growing office with great opportunities for associates to get hands on involvement with depositions, motion practice and trials. I found my supervising partner to be a great mentor and person. She cared about me as a person and lawyer. I loved my time at Gordon Rees, but left for increased compensation.

      Cons

      Less than market pay. Senior associate laterals who were cliquey and sophomoric.
