Respected firm, objective bonus is nice on top of discretionary bonuses.

Lots of bureaucracy and the help that's promised is rarely actually available.

Not really any because the pros we discussed in the interview were not true such as a hybrid work schedule.

Health insurance is expensive if you need it for your family. Paralegals were extremely unprofessional, used vulgar language, and called co-workers profanities behind their backs (which was reported to upper management and no changes were made) Schedule was hybrid when interviewed then not able to work hybrid once starting the job.
