I worked with the young woman who was formerly in that position. What they did to her was unbelievable. When you apply for her position it will not end up being just that job. That is a description from cooperate and is not based on the actual duties you will perform. The manager of that job is dumb as rocks and has managed to loose many truly dedicated people due to his complete lack of managing skills. He will leave you high and dry daily and on top of folding over 30 thousand labels a day and many other job functions you WILL be REQUIRED to lift thousands...yes thousands of lbs. Daily for our UPS orders that go out. I never saw her boss figure out how to actually manage the position. It always appeared to be a complete mess. Also he WILL NOT know how to train you to do all that is required at all. You will be extremely confused daily. They pushed that girl out so hard that she quit because of a back injury she sustained working for this company that practices ZERO accountability. He even had an employee sign a false document about her regarding her injury that was justified by H.R. !!!! WOW! right? They just had a meeting saying they've hired 180 people in 3 months and have lost all but 30 and ASKED US what can be done differently. Amazing huh? Enough said I think. Just be prepared the Aberdeen location is a sinking ship and they feed of complete manipulation and ignorance. I'm sending this for her because she won't do it. They mentally beat you down. Sorry girl! Many are looking to move on not just you. Keep your head up!
