Great people! People are extremely helpful and insightful.

They lack HR - an outside entity that can help employees.

The people are passionate, intelligent, and have a strong ethos. First job I had where I felt like my team really cared about me and my wellbeing. Great mentorship system, lots of resources for continuing education and professional growth.

Tough work-life balance. Sometimes I had to work over the weekend, holidays, and into the early morning in order to get critical deadlines/projects out the door. Pay is lower than I would have liked.
