Pros
Directly impacting community and working with Fortune 100 companies.
Cons
CEO is poor decision maker with group of preferred workers who are also incompetent, manipulative, and rewarded despite poor performance. Most of the employees are stealthy liars bc the CEO doesn't receive constructive feedback nor show appreciation for help from other women. The company is extremely disorganized and lost its entire operations team in the span of a year. The turnover rate is so high due to this disorganization and poor pay for the workload. You will always be working, 7 days a week, and your phone may ring outside of office hours to put out fires. Do not work here if you value your mental health. The fostered company culture will have you in a toxic work environment.
