I had a flexible manager, but that was it.
Cons
HR had too much power, and accordingly, they made terminations immediately. For this reason, most employees didn't socialise with each other during work hours - they were too afraid that they would get fired. This is not a good culture to have in a company! Employees need stability in a job, and Goodman certainly doesn't provide this.
