Pros
Exciting Working environment where there is a healthy competitive culture. Very good content of work and managed by good people who are understanding and knowledgeable. There is excellent earning potential and you can have a real good shot at earning a lot of money very quickly and being able to sustain it.
Cons
No real cons I fully enjoyed my time there with good people and mangement. The office culture is strong and they have good competitive values
