Pros

- The best thing in gn4m was my manger he did his best to help team in improve his techniques and expert new and helpful skills. -They didn't be late in giving me what I want to improve my skils and my income - Different projects and more experiences. - Very good work environment

Cons

personally, I couldn't do more because of team leader. One who is afraid from any updates or anything unusual, and I love to make challenge and practice all my learning as possible.

Hello, Thanks for the review.. Really appreciated In order to make sure that the knowledge acquisition and skills development is not dependent on team leaders anymore. We have currently developed a "Technology Road map" process to be associated with software projects such that we always have new technology and skill acquisition target with each project and it's now part of the development process. This guarantees our GoodNews4me team are always up to date and not only learns new technologies but also apply them in real life projects. However, We believe GN4me has some of the highly qualifies and skilled team leaders that are always willing and trying to help their team members as per the maximum of their capacity.

There are way to many pros too list, but I thinks the top ones are high impact, great leadership, , growing company, open culture, exciting projects, smart people, beautiful office, and much much more

Cons

Same cons for software houses with the pain of deadlines and accepting some types of boring projects.
