Internal culture is rough right now. People don’t feel safe or supported. Good people who care deeply about the mission are leaving and more are already figuring out their next move. The CEO may be making good business decisions, but internally it doesn’t feel that way. Finding out she’ll be working remotely from across the country says alot.
