They hired me vey quickly and gave me plenty of overtime pay.

Cons

We were constantly understaffed, sometimes with two people running the store the whole day. New employees often only lasted a few days before quitting. I often ended up working 50-60 hour weeks and had to train new employees only a few weeks after being hired myself

Pto & sick time accumulates weekly. $30 dollars a week in comped food Christmas is a paid holiday 2 weeks vacation a year.

Cons

Unfair treatment & inspections Most district managers have been with the company since day one and don’t understand change in the industry post-apps. Each of the 30+ stores is ran differently and that’s okay.
