Pros
There is no Pros as such, It's a fraud.They don't have client to work on in fact they can change your KRA and make you a salesperson they are capable enough to do that.
Cons
They don't have a team; unorganised culture.Anybody works on anything. They themselves are not aware what they want to be known in the market. They don't value people at all most importantly there are two people who are driving this and they believe in gossips and backbiting and not in a person's hard work. If you post a holiday pic on FB they will fire you ;this happened it's a true story. They are also biased very biased. Irony is there are no people working still they play politics hence they will never grow and you as person will never grow if you waste your heart and mind here.
