Pros
I worked from my own home office. I don’t know anything about the business when it was onsite in 2013 and 2015 but as a remote job in 2017-2018, it was wonderful. There is nothing better than padding across the hall in your slippers with a hot cup of tea in your hand to make the first call of the day, but everyone who works from home knows that. I received adequate training from the clients with whom they had contracted work and mostly did appointment setting. If you don’t know how to set appointments, then this is not the job for you. But if you can set appointments and you want to work from home, it is the best job. I had interesting and varied assignments and often worked closely with the clients. We had weekly meetings with the Good Leads management where we reported on our progress. If you needed to talk to management in between that, they were available. I found them supportive and transparent. As with any sales job, if you keep solid numbers you have nothing to worry about.
Cons
I don’t have any cons, I left to pursue another opportunity that better suited my background.
