Good Harbor is doing new and exciting things in a traditionally boring industry. The company has incredible management which creates an open and fun culture. Each position has a ton of independence to experiment to find other ways to do things. The company, is small enough to be nimble but holds incredible potential in it's growth.

The size of the company is somewhat limiting in exploring other career paths within the company. Management is encouraging but also somewhat hands off which can sometimes detract from a more focused corporate direction...
