Pros

When I was interviewing for the role I was blown away by the positivity and professionalism that I encountered at each step of the process. The sales enablement recruiter was the absolute best! Now that I have joined and onboarded, here are my thoughts on the Company. My top 3 pros are: 1. Culture - The best thing about Gong is the people! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. It is clear just how important community and creating lasting relationships is to everyone on the team. Because everyone has been so genuine in their approach and desire to help, it has taken away much of the awkwardness of being new. 2. Clarity and Organization - Everything has been clear and easy to understand. Working in tech you will always have some level of ambiguity but at Gong, there is a strong foundation in place so the growth that is currently happening doesn't feel chaotic. Which in these economic times is extremely important. 3. Product Enthusiasm - Gong uses Gong. I have used Gong before, but now that I am working here, the way that I use the product has taken on a whole new life. I have been able to use it for training, to catch up on ongoing team initiatives, and to gain valuable insights that will help me succeed in my role.

Cons

My only con is the lack of a 401k match.

Pros

Amazing company to work at, it's definitely hard work but it's worth it on a sales and monetary perspective.

Cons

You wear a LOT of hats and have a ton of responsibilities.
