Nice people to work with at a team level, get to work on some cool accounts and be creative.
Cons
Very under resourced, with overworking and burn out seeming to be the culture. It’s not unusual to be messaged at really late hours or weekends. If you don’t say yes and just deal with it, you can be seen as a nuisance. Since omnicom merger, huge lack of clarity around January and July promotions and salary increases.
