      They have a summer and a Christmas party

      Cons

      Property managers are given portfolios with too many properties, which makes it impossible to deliver good service to clients. The back office support is often very poor, due to the accounting and administrative staff being overworked. There is a culture of intimidation and anger - it is not a positive place to work.

      Pros

      I loved my time at Goldview. Unfortunately, I had to relocate to another country or I would have never left. Some Pros: -Support from staff at all levels -Pay -Learning opportunities -Nice clean offices -Team environment
