Pros
In the few years I’ve been here, I’ve seen the agency grow consistently with more and larger clientele. The owner, while busy and a bit disorganized, truly believes in making both clients and employees happy. We have great perks that make us competitive with larger agencies - from health/dental/vision to summer hours and cookouts to bonuses to dog-friendly offices. I enjoy the variety of work and technical nature of our clients. I have a large degree of freedom with my accounts.
Cons
Ebb and flow of client demands can be stressful Budgets are sometimes strapped despite client expectations Some growing pains If you don’t like working hard or expect spitting out reports to count as “expertise” - look elsewhere.
