Pros
building up overtime on site and taking it as leave so if you can work long hours you get a lot of time off. Good variety of work and chance to travel. Good for graduates or people early in their careers.
Cons
Below average pay, poor management (which constantly changes), no long term incentives or career development. Very high turnover of staff.
