      Excellent benefits Good work/life balance Socially responsible, Golder Trust for Orphans being a great example

      One of those companies that expanded very quickly during boom times, and so is now one of those companies that all the old employees remember as 'used to be good to work for' Not enough responsibility given to junior staff

      Most of the employees and management were very friendly

      Cons

      The company was disorganized at times and the training was barely existent when I started. No opportunities for career growth. There was a disconnect from office to office at times.
