- Workaholic culture while taking overtime is discouraged. No work life balance and people seem proud to not have that. Lack of boundaries with personal life. Management can be intrusive. Stressful.
- Management leads with passive-aggressiveness and immaturity that results in a team culture full of cliquishness, gossip, hostility, and high turnover.
- Minimal benefits. 5 days in office with no provided lunch or other wellness amenities
Overall, you will find it hard to succeed here if this job isn't all consuming of your entire life. If you value having a healthy relationship with work and WLB, I would look elsewhere for employment.
